NC Mthethwa & Associates is a female-owned firm of incorporated attorneys based in Pietermaritzburg, KwaZulu-Natal. Established in 2024, we exist to provide efficient, professional and accessible legal services to people from all walks of life — simplifying the legal process and treating every client with dignity, professionalism and respect.
From the Founder
"Growing up in a rural community, I saw first-hand how often ordinary people were denied the justice they deserved, simply because the law felt too distant, too costly, and too unfamiliar. That gap stayed with me, and it is what led me to study law."
I completed my LLB at the University of KwaZulu-Natal in 2018, served my articles at various firms across KwaZulu-Natal, and spent a year in corporate practice as a legal advisor before opening the doors of NC Mthethwa & Associates in 2024. I am currently furthering my studies with an Advanced LLM in Criminal Justice through UKZN.
